    Maura, this challenge completely changed how I feel about movement. I used to think yoga just “wasn’t for me,” but your classes made me feel so supported and capable.     I actually signed up the first day of the April 2022 challenge and loved it so much. I got so much stronger and healthier over the month. For September, I've really struggled to keep up with the challenge live (mainly because I have a 3 year old) but I love the recordings and I get it done at some stage,I've loved the meditations so much.
