The Retreat Centre is an exceptional private venue in the heart of the authentic fishing town of Olhão, in the unspoilt eastern Algarve.

The Algarve is one of the few areas in Europe to enjoy 300 days of sunshine per year! We host a a max of 15 yogis on this retreat. We are located within a fifteen minute drive of Faro airport, which has multiple daily flights from Dublin and around Europe.

You are open to delicious fresh organic vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine – and yes, we’ll also be indulging in the fresh local seafood that Olhão is famous for – aimed to help you feel fantastic in your own body.

This retreat is full board, breakfast, lunch, Dinner and snacks all included. You will not spend a penny when you arrive.

This retreat has close to 4hrs of yoga per day. Yes 4hrs, which includes energetic movement, guided meditation, breathwork, yin & restorative yoga.

This retreat is designed to help you feel nourished, so you can go back home feeling rejuvenated, stronger, braver, clearer, and more radiant than ever.

Payment installments taken – final payment due 45 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable. Once paid its sent to the retreat center and this is there policy. If the cancellation is made at least 10 weeks in advance we can potentially resell your spot. Please purchase travel insurance when you book in case you need a refund.
