Join me for A Day Retreat! 

Join me for 'a day retreat' in one of Ireland's oldest inhabited castles, Kilkea Castle. This is a hidden jewel just one hour from Dublin. Breakfast, lunch, use of Thermal Suits & exploring the 180 acres of landscaped gardens and ancient woodland included. 

9.30am - Retreat Day Begins

Energetic Yoga Flow

11.30am - Breakfast is served 

12:00 -  Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath

1.30pm - Use of Thermal Suites / Walk around grounds 

3pm - Lunch is served

4pm - Digest with Yin Yoga

5pm - Closing Circle
