The retreat center is a beautifully restored Catalan Masia in Northern Spain and is an ideal setting for wellness and restoration.Â
Just 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona.
The retreat center has a special enclosed shala to host Maura's magic yoga sessions, along with hammocks, a seawater swimming pool, and plenty of hidden relaxation spots.Â

You are open to delicious organic, vegetarian Mediterranean food – aimed to help you feel fantastic in your own body.
This retreat is full board, breakfast, lunch, Dinner and snacks all included.
This retreat has close to 4hrs of yoga per day. Yes 4hrs, which includes energetic movement, guided meditation, breathwork, yin & restorative yoga.

Cancellation Policy. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable. Once paid its sent to the retreat center and this is there policy. If the cancellation is made at least 10 weeks in advance we can potentially resell your spot. Please purchase travel insurance when you book in case you need a refund.
