Sunrise Clubbers

Hi Everyone,

Join me for July Sunrise Clubbers.

Where: Newtownsmith, Dun Laoghaire. (the usual spot)

This event will be around 40mins warming vinyasa yoga flow, followed by a dip in the sea.

Please bring your yoga mat, towel, togs, a blanket & etc. Tell your friends.

The hydration will be provided by Vitacoco!
