Shake off the January blues and welcome the first bank holiday after a long January with a weekend retreat on the wild west of Ireland.
We’ll gather at The Lodge at Ashford Castle, a chic country house hotel on the grounds of the historic Ashford Castle estate. Once home to the Guinness family, the estate spans 350 acres of woodland, gardens, and lakeside walks - the perfect backdrop for a weekend of yoga, nature, and deep rest.
Alongside nourishing meals made with local produce and vegetables grown in the Ashford gardens, you’ll also enjoy full use of the thermal suites (8am–8pm daily) — a dreamy way to unwind body and mind.
