Sunrise Clubbers with Vita Coco

VitaCoco is hydrating our next two sunrise clubebrs sessions!

So excited to be able to gift you all the most delicious coconut water from Vitacoco enriched vitamaic and c and full of electrolytes. 

Summer is here! The warmth is out and we are ready to make the most of this July. 

When: Saturday 20th & 27th of July

Where: Newtownsmith, Dun Laoghaire. (the usual spot)

This event will be around 40mins warming vinyasa yoga flow, followed by a dip in the sea.

Please bring your yoga mat, towel, togs, a blanket & etc. Tell your friends.
