This October we focus on Ladder flows. These in yoga are dynamic vinyasa sequences designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility while promoting a sense of moving meditation. These flows involve adding a new posture or asana to the sequence with each repetition, gradually increasing the complexity and intensity of the practice.

Week 1: Warrior up - embracing warriors in our ladder flow.

Week 2: Happy hips - Opening and strengthening those hips.

Week 3: Balancing postures - help build concentration. We also work those feet.

Week 4: Backbends - Opening our hearts and looking after our spine health.
