3:00 PM - Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Dive into the depths of relaxation with our Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session. Allow the healing vibrations to harmonize your body and soul.

4:30 PM - Farewell As the day comes to a close, bid farewell to your fellow retreat-goers, leaving with a sense of inner peace and rejuvenation.
