What: A 30-day Vinyasa Yoga Challenge focusing on hamstring flexibility and strength

When: Running for February and early March Online: Via Zoom, live @7am, or on-demand at your own time.

Daily Schedule: 30 minutes of invigorating Vinyasa yoga. Which includes up to 10 minutes of deep stretching on Hamstrings.

Why Participate? Maybe you want to get the splits, or maybe you are tired of feeling tight in the hamstrings. We are going to work towards the splits this month.
