    Maura I am really enjoying the 30 day Yoga challenge. I have made it to the live classes with the exception of two mornings. It is a perfect start to my day. A fabulous stretch, which I really need as I don't move all night and wake up in the exactly the same position! So I find that the yoga is perfect for getting me realigned for the day. Keep up the good work you are amazing!

    I just love having access to the recording, the variety of classes are great as it often depends on how I feel in the mornings. Love the variety of tutors too as you get something from everybody. Love the online studio, really suits me , my time available and suits my working hours too. Love and light Maura keep doing what youre doing.     I actually signed up the first day of the April 2022 challenge and loved it so much. I got so much stronger and healthier over the month. For September, I've really struggled to keep up with the challenge live (mainly because I have a 3 year old) but I love the recordings and I get it done at some stage,I've loved the meditations so much.
